Delete your OneTap account
Sign in, open your account menu, choose Delete account, and enter DELETE to confirm. You can use the same process in the Android app, iPhone app, or on the web.
Deletion removes your account, public card, profile media, exchanges, private notes, subscription record, sessions, and digital entitlement. Order and transaction records required for fulfilment, tax, fraud prevention, or legal disputes may be retained after they are detached from your account.
Sign in and delete my accountTo delete your account, sign in, open the account menu, choose “Delete account” and type DELETE to confirm. Your card, media, exchanges and subscription are deleted. We may retain legally required order and transaction records after unlinking them from your account.
