By creating an account or using OneTap by TapNora, you enter a binding agreement with OneTap by TapNora under these terms to the extent permitted by law.

Smart: 10 MB total photo and video storage. Google Wallet for Android is included with annual billing only, not monthly billing.
Mandatory taxes included. Shipping is separate and shown before payment.
Currency follows the IP country: Israel uses ILS; every other country uses USD, regardless of language. Each order's agreed amount and currency are recorded at approval.
The year starts after confirmed payment. Activation is included; new launch packages have no additional activation fee or free trial month. Self-service profile editing is included while the subscription is active.
Renewal covers the digital service only, with no new physical card. The renewal price appears in your account and renewal requires payment and approval; saving a card alone does not authorise automatic charges.
Smart does not include a physical NFC card. Gold includes one customised PVC card and Titanium one metal card. Custom designs require approval before production. Digital includes no physical card or Wallet.
Previously paid periods and orders retain their original terms and currency. Existing subscriptions are not automatically converted to annual pricing.
The cancellation/refund policy and mandatory rights apply to the package and included card. Refunds use the original payment currency. No undisclosed fees are added at payment.
Your card in Google Wallet or Apple Wallet — $5
One-time payment, no subscription. A Basic account, personal link and QR code, with Google Wallet for Android or Apple Wallet for iPhone, at the same price.
We use your name and phone for the Basic card, and email to verify your request and deliver the card link and QR after confirmed payment. Card payment details are entered with the secure payment provider. This offer excludes a physical NFC card and paid subscriptions. Previously paid orders are unchanged.
1. Service and account
OneTap by TapNora lets users create a digital professional card, share it through a link, QR or NFC, and voluntarily exchange cards. You must provide accurate information and secure your account.
Your account is personal. You are responsible for activity through it and for keeping your details current.
2. Your content
You retain ownership of your content and grant OneTap by TapNora a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, process and display it only as needed to provide the service.
You confirm that you may publish every name, image, video, mark, link and detail you upload, and that it does not violate privacy, intellectual-property or other law.
3. Exchanges and contacts
Exchanging cards, opening links and saving contacts are voluntary user actions. OneTap by TapNora does not guarantee that a device or third-party app will save every field or update an existing contact.
You may not spam, scrape, collect or reuse another person’s information without a lawful basis and appropriate consent.
4. Professional and sensitive information
OneTap by TapNora does not verify a profession, licence or qualification unless an explicit verification badge appears. It is not a healthcare provider or law firm and does not provide professional advice.
Do not upload patient records, medical data, trade secrets or highly sensitive identity data. Do not use OneTap by TapNora for emergencies.
5. Moderation
After your explicit agreement during registration, authorised OneTap administrators may access the account and review or correct all card content, including data, links, images and uploaded files, when you request support or when correction, security, fraud prevention, verification or legal compliance requires it. Administrative changes are logged, and unrelated personal use is prohibited.
We may reject activation, hide content or suspend an account for impersonation, deception, violations or security risk, subject to applicable law and reasonable process.
6. Plans and payments
Prices, billing period and any trial are shown before purchase. Paid features may require payment after the trial. Mandatory consumer cancellation and refund rights remain unaffected.
7. Third parties and availability
Social networks, NFC, QR, contact apps, hosting and payment providers have their own terms. We are not responsible for changes or failures outside our reasonable control.
We aim for a secure, reliable service but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.
8. Liability, governing law and global use
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OneTap by TapNora is not liable for indirect or consequential loss caused by misuse, user content or third-party services. Nothing excludes liability that law does not allow us to exclude.
OneTap by TapNora is available to users in different countries. Israeli law governs these terms, while mandatory local consumer, privacy and data-protection rights that cannot lawfully be waived remain intact. You are responsible for complying with local laws that apply to your content and use.
9. Termination and changes
You may request account deletion. We may update these terms as the service or law changes and will display the version and date and seek fresh consent where legally required.
